Our objectives:
The project partners have defined the following main objectives for the YouthIES project:
01. Promoting active eco-citizenship
Promoting active eco-citizenship among youth via digital storytelling & design thinking for social entrepreneurship climate innovation at community level.
02. Advancing quality of youth work
Advancing quality of youth work through knowledge in the use of digital storytelling & design thinking with youth for solutionfinding on issues such as Environmental Degradation, Reduced Habitats caused by urbanization or industrial activities, Local Deforestation, Soil erosion, Water pollution.
03. Increase cross-sectoral and transnational cooperation to address environmental challenges
Increase cross-sectoral and transnational cooperation to promote community-based youth-led actions that will address local environmental challenges.
04. Adopt participatory action research methodology for co-creation of innovative activities
Adopt participatory action research methodology to apply co-creation in the design & development of the project activities through a Stakeholder Scrutiny Panel.
